This Privacy Policy applies to all games and services published under the "NaughtyPig" brand, operated by Alexander Novikov (Individual Entrepreneur registered in Russia). Throughout this document, "we", "us", and "our" refer to this entity.

This policy applies to all games we publish on Steam and other distribution platforms, including but not limited to Parcel Panic, as well as to our website at naughtypig.online if you visit it. Specific games may provide additional, game-specific notes on their store pages where relevant.

6. Where Your Data Is Stored

Steam-related data is stored on Valve's infrastructure, primarily in the United States. PlayFab data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure (United States and/or European Union, depending on the region). We do not operate independent servers and do not store your data on our own infrastructure.

7. Your Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with similar data protection laws, you have the following rights regarding your data:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@naughtypig.online. We will respond within 30 days. Note that some data (such as your Steam ID and Steam achievement records) is managed by Valve, and certain requests may need to be directed to Valve directly.

8. Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data through our games, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Data Retention

We retain gameplay statistics, achievement progress, and leaderboard scores for as long as your Steam account remains active and the relevant game is operational. You may request deletion of leaderboard entries by contacting us at the email above. Steam achievement records are managed by Valve and follow Valve's retention practices.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on our website (naughtypig.online) and, where appropriate, on the Steam store pages of affected games.
